Okay, so welcome to my Muang-Thai recipes blog, where I will share some of the secrets I have learnt from my many years cooking, to bring the flavours of Thailand to your kitchen.
Here is my first recipe, and one of my favourite salad dishes, perfect for lunch !
Ingredients
1 Squid (280 g), lightly cut in a crisscross pattern then cut into pieces
5 Small cloves garlic, peeled
15 Thai chillies, assorted colours
1/4 Cup yard-long bean, cut into 1" pieces
1 3/4 tsp palm sugar
3 tbsp fish sauce
2 1/2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 cup carrot, julienned
1/2 cup green mango, julienned
6 Cherry tomatoes, halved
